Apples everywhere...

We went to pick apples with my parents best friends. They were nice and the drive in the country was really cool. The leaves haven’t started to change yet, but it was nice cool weather. The orchard was the one my dad and I would go to when I was in high school. It has been a long time since I’ve been there. The apples weren’t really ready, my dad said he would return in two weeks and get some more. We only picked about one bag of apples and my parents’ friends picked two. When we got home later that evening, we hung out in the kitchen and helped cook dinner, a leg of lamb and mashed potatoes. After about all day without talking about sex, it seems over the first bottle of wine the conversation drifted into that subject, and never left. The two bottles of wine we had were from my parents’ friends. They bottle their own wine and have a ranch with a couple of horses on it. The wine was really good. While waiting for the lamb to cook, mom went and grabbed my birthday gifts, a huge box of godiva chocolate and an oyster knife. She then decided to give me a few extra toys they had. Apparently, they order toys and seem to collect a lot of free gifts that they really didn’t want. Oh well, their loss, my gain. I really love our relationship. They gave me a few catalogs that they collected that I hadn’t seen before. More stuff for the carry on. It will be neat to see if I get searched. The lamb was awesome, and for desert we had godiva chocolate and a really nice bottle of champagne.
